DiGeorge Syndrome: What are the effects on your Endocrine and Integumentary systems?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

DiGeorge syndrome is a deletion in Chromosome 22. It affects the parathyroid and thymus glands. Glands generally produce hormones, so the deletion would interfere with hormone production by those glands. The deletion also causes eczema, rashes and other skin lesions. If your instructor expects you to know a lot about the disorder, it would be a good idea to use a search engine. You could use terms like "skin" or "endocrine" along with the name of the syndrome.

The question didn't specify, but the syndrome also causes heart defects and cleft palate.
