The city of Paris's name is "Paris", not "Le Paris", like "Le Havre".
If I go to Paris, Le Havre, La Havane I will write:
Je vais à Paris
Je vais au Havre
Je vais à la Havane

The same holds for the verb to be:
Je suis à Paris
Je suis au Havre
Je suis à la Havane

With the verb to come, it becomes:
Je viens de Paris
Je viens du Havre
Je viens de la Havane
