Phyla contain Classes which contain Orders which contain Families which contain Genera and then species, so the Family would have the fewest number of species in your list above. This is because there could be several Families (and their species) in each Order and several Orders in each Class, etc.

D is correct, but I'd choose B as the other answer. All living things metabolize. I don't know of any multicellular organisms that can produce a colony within hours, but a lot of unicellular specis certainly can.

I know of multicellular organisms that can do everything except A. I imagine your instructor is looking for B and C, but I do know of some multicellular organisms that also can do D. There are anemones that do that and possibly some worms.

The most specific classification would be the species Felis sylvestris, but your answer choice doesn't actually list the species name. Species is the most specific in the list. This is kind of tricky. It depends on what your teacher wants. Species is the most specific, but the cat species isn't listed, so I guess the actual genus name of Felis is probably correct.

A carnivore could be a dog or a bear. That's not specific to a cat. Genus Felis is a cat genus so that is more specific. The species name is the most specific. I don't know if you r teacher wants species or Felis, but it is one or the other.
