when you pay a Qualified helper owl bucks do they get the owl bucks or do the owl bucks just disappear

you pay 10 OB to ask a QH
QH gets 5 OB for being "rated" by the asker
the other 5 is given to OpenStudy

I believe @mLe is correct. $5 (i.e. 5 OB) are given to the Qualified Helper, and the other $5 is given to OpenStudy. :)
