I can't see which ones are italicized, but the basic rules for italicization say that you should italicize movie, book, magazine etc. titles. The "Les Miserables" in A should be italicized. The "When We Were Very Young" in B should be italicized, and "Teddy Bear" should have quotation marks. "The Flying Trapeze" in C should be italicized, but not have quotation marks. And the "Bridge to Terabithia" and "The Master Puppeteer" in D should be italicized. Hope this helps!
