Using what you know includes knowing that the Federalist carry the day. So that might be your better choice. 
You would want to point out all the successful things that the constitution has given us.

If you want to take the Anti side, point out the problems. Such as: 
1.the Constitution did not deal with slavery at all, it set the stage for an eventual conflict like the Civil War.
2. The Constitution did not include a Bill of Rights. Rights of states and individuals could easily be trampled.
3. The Constitution did not fully follow the spirit of the Declaration of Independence. The pursuit of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness was not guaranteed to black people, women and Indians.
