Please help.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

A. 2462 ft3 B. 1406 ft3 C. 703 ft3 D. 351 ft3

563blackghost (563blackghost):

The equation to use to find the volume of the cylinder is...\[V=\pi r^2 h\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Ok let me try.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I got 351.

563blackghost (563blackghost):

Not quite. I'll help you thru it. Lets input the numbers we know of into the formula...\[V=(3.14)14^2(4)\] Let us first simplify 14^2

OpenStudy (black_ninja123):

If you use the formula you will get A 3.14*14^2*4

563blackghost (563blackghost):

@Black_ninja123 You are suppose to help the user thru the problem not give away the answer.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Oh crap I did it wrong. I wrote down and did 14 times 2 I forgot it's 14 times 14.

563blackghost (563blackghost):

Its alright ^^

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Ninja actually helped alot because he reminded me that it's 14 times 14 :/

OpenStudy (black_ninja123):

lol i'm a she

563blackghost (563blackghost):

Oooo well then please forgive me....its just he/she is not suppose to give away answers...

OpenStudy (anonymous):

It's ok

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Thank you guys, it helped alot :)

563blackghost (563blackghost):
