@kidrah69 May I have some more information about the interview process? How long is it, how to prepare, what sorts of things they ask for? Is it a phone interview or an in-person interview?

they keep a close eye on the questions you answer
and must demonstrate helpful and understandable explanations for the user's questions

if preetha does want an interview by any chance
it will be most likely through this program called GoToMeeting
(there is an app, and a call in number for regular phones)
Questions you can possibly be asked include
- Why do you want to become a Qualified Helper?
(helping users is my passion, I want to help OpenStudy in anyway I can, etc)
- How are you doing in school? What's your favorite class? Worst class? (etc.)
