Answer : Lungs and four limbs are necessary because lungs make oxygen fro air to help the organism breathe and the four limbs help the organism navigate the land, move away from predator , and catch food.

yep that should be it . vetebrates have extra stuff , but that would state the differences, you want how they are related. Also all vetebrates are chordates (to a point)
