That was a powerful, unplanned speech to say the least... That speech occurred right after the space shuttle disaster.. He also commemorated the 7 fallen astronauts and even stated that America was built upon by people like the seven star voyagers.. I would say it was a moment that was intense, as the most powerful man in America addressed a terrible incident, but stated we must get up from our fall and carry on. We reached for the stars but fell short... RIP to the seven star voyagers and to a great man and president Mr. Ronald Reagan.. Medal please
