Physical: Your muscles will be stronger, as will your organs and your immune system. You'll be less prone to being overweight, which means you'll be less likely to have heart disease or frequent heart attacks. Mental and emotional: It's been proven that exercising makes a person feel happier. They feel better about themselves because they know they're making a positive change in their life and appearance. Social: Well, if you're happier with yourself, and more confident in your appearance, then you'll be more comfortable in social events.
