First Off the editable screen shot tool by LightShot. There really are many ways to download it, there's the download for Windows and Mac's. Here's the link to see what which way is best for you to download it ^_^ https://app.prntscr.com/en/download.html .
After downloading at the bottom right corner of your screen (Windows) you should see a purple feather icon or click print screen http://prntscr.com/7ad6at . Third, I really do recommend this tool. Seems dumb since it says "notes" but It's very helpful.
