Yep pretty sure it would. It's definitely a rebel action against the South to aid slaves to freedom. If it's an essay, I would mention how it originated, special leaders esp. Harriet Tubman, and primary sources such as letters from the hosts and runaway slaves. Very important movement by the North to spread the opposition of slavery
