Three vertices of a square are (–1, 3), (–1, –1), and (3, 3). What is the fourth vertex of the square? A. (–1, –3) B. (1, 3) C. (3, 0) D. (3, –1)

OpenStudy (er.mohd.amir):

let vertices's are A,B,C,D then let D is (a,b) then find mid point of AD and BC that is diagonals which are same in case of square compare and find value of a and b.

OpenStudy (tiff9702):

Um........

OpenStudy (loser66):

What is missing? point: \((\color{red}{-1},\color{blue}{3})\) point \((\color{red}{-1},\color{green}{-1})\) point \((\color{purple}{3},\color{blue}{3})\) point \((\color{purple}{?},\color{grenn}{?})\)

OpenStudy (tiff9702):

um..........................................................................................................................................

OpenStudy (loser66):

:) think!! Hint: the colors

OpenStudy (er.mohd.amir):

mid point of AD is ((a+3)/2,(b+3)/2) and mid point of BC is ((-1-1)/2, (-1+3)/2) that is (-1,1) which is equal to (a+3)/2=-1 and (b+3)/2=1 solve it

OpenStudy (tiff9702):

I can't i got a headache and this is my last day of school and i have been getting brain farts

OpenStudy (anonymous):
