yes! is the answer to #22, 
(x-0)^2+(y-(-3))^2=3^2
x^2+(y+3)^2=9 ??

Also, would #24 be:
(x-(-3))^2+(y-(-4))^2=5^2
(x+3)^2+(y+4)^2=25 ??

and would #26 be:
center: (7,-5)
radius: 6 ???
