Rule: opposite angles of a parallelogram are congruent so that allows us to say 4y = 104

And that would equal 26 so what would I do now with 3X-5?

Another rule: adjacent angles of a parallelogram add to 180 degrees (they are supplementary) so... (3x-5) + 104 = 180 solve for x

3x+99=180-99 3x=81 x=27 --- So would this be my answer?
