Some states have proposed changing the legal driving age to 18. What do you think of this proposal?

I think it's a good idea, especially for America. The drivers' test is extremely simple for such a big country, and since young males (those who are more interested in automobiles) are incredibly irresponsible and cause a majority of accidents throughout the U.S., I find this proposal to be an excellent idea.
