OpenStudy (rebeccapink6398):

i will medal + fan please help <3 thankssss!! What is the approximate circumference of a circle with a radius of 48 mm? (Use π = 3.14.) is it 150.72??

OpenStudy (anonymous):

\[C=2*\pi*r\]

OpenStudy (durply):

hi

OpenStudy (mrnood):

@RebeccaPink6398 OK - the answer you gave was pi * r the formula for the circumference is pi * D ( the diameter) bur the diameter = 2*radius so the circumference = pi * D OR 2*pi *r so you were nearly right - use 2*pi * r to get the right answer

OpenStudy (rebeccapink6398):

@MrNood so B?

OpenStudy (mrnood):

you haven't posted the options but if B is equal to 2*3.14*48 then it is the answer

OpenStudy (rebeccapink6398):

oh sorry B is 301.44 @MrNood

OpenStudy (mrnood):

if B is equal to 2*3.14*48 then it is the answer
