is it possible to calculate e ^ 0.7 by hand? How do you do it?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

The reason is, I have a test coming up, and I'm not allowed to use a calculator. In a trial problem I simplified down to an answer e^0.7 .. and I know from a calculator this comes out to a value of about 2.01375 . But by hand I dont know how I would come up with that answer. Or should I just simplify to e^07 and put that down as the answer?

@hughfuve: no, you would just leave it as e^0.7
