What is the difference between a protective environment and a nurturing environment?.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Protective parent would be like not letting them go outside always watching over them. Making sure they are never by them-self. Blocking all sorts of things from the T.V and barring windows

OpenStudy (anonymous):

A nurturing parent shows love to the child and helps the child to learn. reads to the child and lets them play with friends with adult super vision. putting up baby gate so they can't fall down stairs or go into the kitchen. and get burned

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Making sure their milk temperature is right making sure the bath water isn't to hot.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Play with their child!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Okay literally I feel like my brain is fried.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

OpenStudy (anonymous):

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I want to become a nurse that works with children soo yeah I have to study even though I am still in highschool

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Nurturing environment: Where they try and encourage the children to make their own (age appropriate) decisions and encourage them to use their imagination. parents step in only to keep them safe or teach them right from wrong. This helps develop mentally healthy children

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Also the fact that I raised my brother kind of helps with all the info :D
