i need to find how a triangle can use both the Cosine and Sine laws.

a/sineA = b/Sine B
10.7/Sin(x) = 8.3/Sine(42)
8.3 x Sine (x) = 10.7 x Sine (42)
make sure your calculator in degree mode:
10.7 x Sin(42 ) is approximately 7.16 degrees
Sin (x) = 7.16 degrees/8.3 = 0.86
x = \[\sin^{-1}( {0.86})\]
x = 59.3 degrees
