OpenStudy (happykiddo):

what is the maximum number of points of intersection of 4 distinct lines? The way I do it is:: 4= 3+2+1---->So there are 6 points of intersection (IS THIS CORRECT?)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yeaaaaaaah ... idk

jimthompson5910 (jim_thompson5910):

saying "4= 3+2+1" is incorrect, but saying "3+2+1 = 6" is correct. 6 is the correct answer

OpenStudy (happykiddo):

Alrighty. Big thanks. It's just when I tried drawing it I would only get 5 points, and then 6 with the 3+2+1|dw:1432947995000:dw|
