Could the tragic events which occurred on December 7th 1941 have been prevented ? The attack on Pearl Harbor could have been prevented had it not been for the disrespectful way in which American government treated Japan, along with major failure on the part of the U.S navy, including countless warnings , failure on behalf of naval officials,and key Intel which was not utilized
