The tenth place in a decimal is the number right after the decimal point (7). To round to the nearest tenth, you look to the number afterwards (in the hundredths) which is 5. If the value of the number in the hundredths place is less than 5, you keep the number in the tenths place. If the value of the number in the hundredths place is 5 or greater, you round up :)
