You're right, I deleted the answers so nobody would be confused because of my stupidity :/
The correct answer (if I didn't make a new mistake):
\[4(3-8p)=-p+12\]
\[12-32p = 12-p\]
\[-32 p = -p\]
So:
\[p=0\]
