If you want to regulate your weight, just eat healther food. stay away from junk food, and maybe cut back on meat once in a while. Also work out a few times a week for min of 25-30 mins.
I am 195 at 5'4. Its very hard for me to loose weight, but when I eat better food I feel better and have more energy. I always stay the same, I am pretty okay with my weight, I just try to regulate it and maybe loose some.
And I am built to be curvy and weigh a little more.

No. do not starve yourself. Eat better and orgainic food. Junk food will take you no where.

do you know that starving yourself doesnt get rid of fat, fat is retained and stored up, it is muscle weight and stuff that is lost. the body holds onto fat until the very end because back 10000 years ago fat saved lives from the cold. the human body hasnt changed that much since then. fat is soooo important to us. starving ourselves will only make us weaker.

Rahammii, using an exercise schedule make you body used to the exercise, randomize the time you work out and you body will not get used to the work it is going though

Just exercise when you have time and don't do the same amount of time make it long or short so your body burns those extra pounds. Don't go to ham though
