I beleive it to be A or B. A because I think it should be "If I had" and B because it doesn't have a vet but I don't fully understand verb voice..

Which of the following contains an error in verb voice?

Had I known you would be upset, I would have postponed the trip.

If she was a more active person, she would feel better.

I had hoped we would be further along than this by now.

If I were better in math, I would have done better in chemistry class.
