I would say that community college in any american state would be a good choice. there is a HUGE array of classes for personal financing and generalized financial knowledge that you might be interested in.  If you're not in it for the grades you can attend into auditing classes for free if the colleges would let you (which most should). Also a library would also be beneficial for just classic text book definitions and basics for learning financial material. Happy studying!
