yes just about one of the general form s of an equation of a straight line is y = mx + b where m = slope and b = intercept on y axis so an equation with slope 2 and y-intercept -2 would be y = 2x - 2

these 2 lines on your graph are parallel so they have the same slope If you count the squares vertically and horizontally form the same points you can find the slope
