How would I start an essay about romeo and juliet...? like I mean the introduction

OpenStudy (anonymous):

In your introduction, you want to have the title of the story ("Romeo and Juliet"), the author (William Shakespeare), (you may want to out in that this a long poem, originally written in 1595 but that's totally up to you) then a short relapse of what happened throughout the story. The next few sentences should continue the relapse of what happened throughout the story. The last sentence in your introduction should be your thesis statement, saying what you're going to talk about in your essay.
