The ideas which the users suggest are they ever implemented ?

They are but they take a insane amount of time to implement unless it's needed (like the giving OwlBucks feature). The Earth Science section took over a year to get added. So if it isn't important, it may have to wait.

It was implemented when a \(lot\) of users ended up asking Earth Sciences questions in other sections. It was suggested by several users, I don't have a single link for that.

I've suggested a menu bar a few times in re-designs and now we have one. Idk if it was me or they just decided to lol
