How have voting amendments changed American society? They have limited the right to vote to certain groups of people. They have expanded the right to vote to more and more people. They create rules around who is eligible to vote to protect elections. They create laws that no state or local office can hold their own elections.

the answer would be the second choice (They have expanded the right to vote to more and more people) because it began as only white adult males who owned property could vote, and if you look at us now, women, men, and anyone of any culture has the right to vote as long as they are a citizen and of the age of 18 or above. I hope this helped you, if so, please leave a medal. Also, for future reference, this question seems more fitted for a history section than the English one.
