OpenStudy (gabbyalicorn):

@is3535

OpenStudy (gabbyalicorn):

3.14 x 1444 ?

OpenStudy (gabbyalicorn):

i got 1444 by doing 38 x 38 or was i suppose to do 38 + 38

OpenStudy (haseeb96):

d=2r r is the radius and the formula for the area of circle is pi*r^2 so d=38 for getting r divide 38 by 2 = 19 r=19 now put it in the above formula and get the answer

OpenStudy (gabbyalicorn):

so 3.14 x 19?

OpenStudy (haseeb96):

no 3.14 x 19^2

OpenStudy (gabbyalicorn):

oh

OpenStudy (gabbyalicorn):

1133.54

OpenStudy (haseeb96):

i dont have calculator so i cant solve it but you can solve it by the help of calculator

OpenStudy (gabbyalicorn):

i did 3.14 x 361

OpenStudy (anonymous):

your result is okay
