i think it is c but not sure Montag’s interaction with Clarisse McClellan is unusual because the two appreciate the beauty of the natural world. live in different parts of the city and meet by chance. talk about significant, thought-provoking ideas. agree on the importance of firemen to society.

Mildred’s attempt to overdose herself with sleeping pills shocks Montag into seeing her as a woman who is deeply disturbed and out of touch with her emotions. thinks carefully and critically about social norms. speaks clearly and with an open mind about the dangers in books. loves her husband dearly and is prepared to take risks to help him.

i dont know about this one
ok
i think it is d but not sure Clarisse McClellan is perhaps the first person to suggest to Montag that firemen are sometimes hunted down and killed by their own Mechanical Hounds. the natural world is more fulfilling and beautiful than anything society can create. people should watch more television because it provides such great entertainment. books are filled with dangerous ideas that pose a threat to their society.
