I am having to write a speech as if I was the president of the US and I need to write about declaring a war or ending a war to the congress and it needs to be 400 to 600 words in length. Could someone please help in giving me some ideas as I am not very good at writing speeches? Thanks

That's fine, i completely understand. I didn't see many examples of president's actual words but they might be somewhere on the internet
