Work is done when a force that is applied to an object moves that makes the object move The work is calculated by multiplying the force and the amount of movement of an object (W = F * d). So do you understand now? your leg contacts the ball, which makes it move.

Well i think that when you kick a ball the muscels in your leg like...they like..move so its like getting a work out but im not really sure 0_0 duh
