Tangent... so that means, I think, OA should be perpendicular to AC, which means OA to AC should be 90 degrees. Since BAY is 57.. YAC should be 90-57

It is not 90-52. Your arc is 52 degrees, so \(\angle BOY=52^\circ\). Use that to get \(\angle BAY\)
