A since that is the only one dealing with dialogue. The others are dealing with not speaking, or speaking to themselves which isn't considered dialogue.

That's true. Individual speech patterns can do this.

I suppose. More Internal Dialogue, I would think.

What? Exactly the opposite of what we are talking about.
