OpenStudy (rainbow_rocks03):

Do I add all the mins of exercise?

OpenStudy (texaschic101):

First put your numbers in order from least to greatest. Mode is the number that appears the most....sometimes there is not one, but in this problem, there is. Median is the middle number...if there is 2 middle numbers, add them, then divide by 2 and that is your median. So what do you think now ?

OpenStudy (rainbow_rocks03):

0 , 40 , 40 , 40 , 45 , 45 , 48

OpenStudy (rainbow_rocks03):

40 is the middle #

OpenStudy (rainbow_rocks03):

OpenStudy (valpey):

Yes, 40 is both the Mode and the Median. In natural language, "Typical" is often indicative of the Mode.
