Sometimes this happens where the bump button is blue but then it doesnt bump up my question, i swear! Its weird...and then when i click bump it says wait 9mins.....etc but it never bumped up my question ;/

That's just the asker that doesn't see it bump. Other users see it go up. Refreshing it fixes it for the asker's view.

It's a weird glitched based on the asker of the posts' screen.
