From reading in the CEO chat of what @e.mccormick has said, no. The training comes first, and in that time, you have the time to clean up the mess and be settled to fly:)

Once training starts, you guys should get a tag from e.mccormick in the OpenStudy ambassador subject and an email to join a secret club for special people ;)
