So first you need to set up an equation. You already have the left side (5x + 15), now you just need what it is equal to. Can you tell me that?
OpenStudy (anonymous):
Um i dont know lol.
OpenStudy (hihi67):
How many degrees in a right angle?
OpenStudy (anonymous):
90 degrees @hihi67
OpenStudy (hihi67):
Exactly. So now we have 90=5x+15
Do you follow?

Okay, do you know how to solve equations? Cause if you do then you should be able to continue on your own
OpenStudy (anonymous):
yes i do but i dont know how to solve this one
OpenStudy (hihi67):
So first you subtract 15 on each side: 90=5x-5 |-15
This results in: 75=5x
Then you simply divide by 5 on each side: 75=5x |/5
This results in: x = 15
OpenStudy (hihi67):
I know you said you can solve equations, but I suggest you study that a bit more in detail, because the equation I just did was really, really basic.
