Enzymes What happens to an enzyme’s structure as it exceeds the typical human body temperature?

What are your thoughts on this?

Think about the interactions between amino acids in the tertiary structure. Much of the structural integrity is due to hydrogen bonds and hydrophilic interactions. Changes in temperature have a direct effect on these interactions. H-bonds, specifically, are disrupted by increases in temperature. What would this mean for the structure of enzymes?
