Stacy wants to construct a circle inscribed in a triangle, while Ben wants to construct a circle circumscribed about a triangle. How will Stacy and Ben's steps differ from each other?
hello love so lets see
hi :)
this what i know Here are the steps to inscribe a triangle in a circle... - Bisect one of the angles - Bisect another angle - Where they cross is the center of the inscribed circle - Construct a perpendicular from the center point to one side of the triangle - Place compass on the center point, adjust its length to where the perpendicular crosses the triangle, and draw your inscribed circle! Here are the steps to construct a circumscribed circle... - Construct the perpendicular bisector of one side of triangle - Construct the perpendicular bisector of another side - Where they cross is the center of the Circumscribed circle - Place compass on the center point, adjust its length to reach any corner of the triangle, and draw your Circumscribed circle!
lol i am not tkhunny
huh?
Usually tkhunny would ask for what you know and steps...
okay... so what r u saying haha sorry im a bit confused. r u just gonna give me the answer or.... what?
Usually its something i normally do
oh haha okay well i mean what ever works for you :p
When im bored is usually the time where i explain deeply
haha okay! so can u help me with ths question??
@Here_to_Help15 ??? :(
Oops sorry
I am cooking :)
haha well then... ummm so i take that as a no?
never mind i got it.... can i show u what i got? can u check it?
All that writing for nothing deleted lol let me see it
10th grade sucks i know :P
Stacy's and Ben's steps will differ by inscribing a circle in a triangle you would have to bisect an angle, but not in a circumscribed circle and in a circumscribed circle, you would have to construct a perpendicular bisector of a side of the triangle
Im about to be done with it finally! :)
im in 11th but yes this is 10th grade geo im almost done with this class and i will be cought up
Well then... :D
haha...
Looks correct :) but that pause above, Stacy's and Ben's steps tend to differ because inscribing a circle in a triangle you would have to bisect an angle, but not in a circumscribed circle and in a circumscribed circle, you would have to construct a perpendicular bisector of a side of the triangle
okay thank you!! Can u help me with like 2 other questions??
Quadrilateral OPQR is inscribed inside a circle as shown below. What equation would be needed to solve for angle P? What is the measure of angle P? You must show all work and calculations to receive credit.
This is essay answers?
yes :(
Connections huh
its like connections but its flvs
oh ok
yeah it sucks r u taking this course?
Geometry? YEa
yeah its dumb.
lol tell me about it
haha can u help me with a few more questions? or should i ask someone else
hmm left me flip this then ill come back just whatever you do dont take tkhunny
