A carnival ride is in the shape of a wheel with a radius of 15 feet. The wheel has 24 cars attached to the center of the wheel. What is the central angle, arc length, and area of a sector between any two cars? Round answers to the nearest hundredth if applicable. You must show all work and calculations to receive credit.
And ya didnt tag me :O tisk tisk tisk
sorry just posted it. @Here_to_Help15
Oh true lol
i was looking at it also to see if i could figure it out.
and i cant haha
arc length = center angle/ 360 * pi * diameter = 15/360 * 3.1415 * (15 * 2) here I multiplied radius by 2 to get the diameter arc length = 3.93 ft
15 radius
so what do i put?? :(
3.93
but i have to show my work
arc length = center angle/ 360 * pi * diameter = 15/360 * 3.1415 * (15 * 2) here I multiplied radius by 2 to get the diameter arc length = 3.93 ft
