Using the process of elimination, B and D are definitely not it because that's what they say on the problem. I'm not sure about either A or C but if I were you I'd stick with my first answer. (I would choose C though but that's up to you unless you'd like someone else to check for you)

We see that it is already in order, and a central tendency means the best way to find the middle number. Mean can't be it because of the outlier. The outlier might through off the central tendency, so I'd stick with the median. Do you agree/disagree or want me to elaborate more?
