It's D, "Gone with the Wind" In MLA capitalization, you must ALWAYS capitalize the first and last words, words with 5 letters or more, and also any: nouns, pronouns, verbs, adjectives, and adverbs. You must not capitalize prepositions and conjunctions of four letters or fewer, with is an example of a preposition :)

You also don't capitalize Articles, and "the" is an article. Unless it was the first word, or the last word. But if it's in the middle, don't capitalize it.
