This one is a bit of an obvious one. Let us review. 1. this does not explain the naturalization process, so we can eliminate that from our answers. 2.This is contained in the fourteenth amendment so it can not be D. 3.It has defined who is a citizen. 4. It did not lead to a diverse society.
