I'm positive that it's A, because sedimentary rocks are made mostly of fossils and other decayed matter, and do not contain lava rock, which is what igneous rock is.

In my opinion, go with A, because sedimentary rocks are basically 80% fossil matter. But if you think it's D, by all means choose it! Go with the gut feeling.
