becuase if you raise the k to the 2 power than ((42*k2) + 59k) + 20 and change it to 42k2+24k+35k+20 than add up the first two terms 6k * (7k+4) and add up the last two terms 5 * (7k+4) than add up the four terms (6k+4) * (7k +4)= (6k +4) * (7k + 4)
